Compress a PDF to send it by email

Gmail accepts attachments up to 25 MB and Outlook up to 20 MB, but many corporate mail servers cut at 10 MB. Type the limit you need and the PDF is compressed in your browser until it fits.

    How much does each email service accept?

    Gmail 25 MB, Outlook.com 20 MB, Yahoo 25 MB. Corporate mail usually limits to 10 MB. If in doubt, use 10.

    Will it look bad?

    Text pages do not change. Image pages lose resolution but never go below the readable minimum.

    All the work is done by your browser. We store no files and know no passwords.
